Agape House

The mission of Agape house-Eastman Crisis Centre inc. is to empower those experiencing family violence by providing safe shelter, information, counselling, and on-going support to our family of clients. We believe that abuse is damaging and should not be tolerated, that women and children have the right to make informed decisions that will assist them in leading lives free from abuse. That families can be a source of security and growth where positive attitudes and behaviors are learned and that communities can respond to victims in a way that stops violence and promotes healing. Our core ethical values are respect, compassion, confidentiality, and integrity for all our clients. Volunteer opportunities span from yard work and maintenance to hair cuts, manicures, special event days and more. We also take physical needs donations such as clothes, toiletries, cleaning supplies, hygiene products and gift cards, office supplies and even cars!
