CHURCH RENEWAL WEEKEND VOLUNTEERING

WHAT IS CHURCH RENEWAL?

Church Renewal is an incredible ministry that works towards renewing and equipping pastors worldwide, and vicariously their churches. The Church Renewal Weekend is a chance for Pastors and their staff to come and take in a Church Renewal Weekend in person at the Home Church of Church Renewal and to be served and blessed by the Southland Family.

BE THE CHURCH

Being the flag church of church renewal, we have the privilege to host the guests of CR through many tangible avenues. Whether that is giving with your time or your resources, your support will impact churches nationwide!

VOLUNTEER NEEDS

Positions available

We have opportunities to reach out and bless the attendees throughout the CR weekend. Whether by cooking meals, serving food, greeting and shaking hands, or keeping things organized and clean; each position is valuable and important for opening the door for God to move.

Matt. 25:35-37, 40; For I was hungry and you fed me. I was thirsty and you gave me a drink. I was a stranger and you invited me into your home…Lord, when did we ever see you hungry and feed you? Or thirsty and give you a drink? Or as a stranger and show you hospitality? And the king will say, “I tell you the truth, when you did it to one of the least of these, my brothers and sisters, you doing it to me”

BILLETING

Be a Home away from Home

We at Southland have been blessed and humbled to have God transform us and begin a work in us through church renewal and its retreats. Now we get the privilege to host these weekends so that Pastors and Church Staff who are desperate for change can come and be renewed, refreshed, and equipped. This doesn’t just happen at the retreats but in our homes. We get the chance to love and support the attendees; whether through food, beds, rides, or intentional conversation. God uses what we give him.
